Adazi Secondary School was established by the Adazi local government and is its subordinate comprehensive educational institution, which implements six curricula:

• compulsory preschool curriculum for children 5 and 6 years of age;
• comprehensive elementary (grades 1-9) curriculum;
• comprehensive elementary (grades 1-9) curriculum for minorities;
• comprehensive general course secondary education curriculum;
• comprehensive professionally oriented (commercial sciences) secondary education curriculum;
• comprehensive general course secondary education curriculum for minorities.

In the 2007/2008 school year, 948 pupils began their education, including 55 children, in the compulsory preschool educational programme for children 5-6 years of age.

Numerous outstanding, talented and diligent pupils are being educated in Adazi Secondary School. The school is successfully represented in contests and competitions of various disciplines in the Riga District. Several curricula of interest are implemented in the school and various types of interest education are available to pupils, including the most popular ones - the folkdance group Rūta, the drama school, a choir for grades 5-9, a choir for grades 3-4, a choir for grades 1-2 and a non-traditional dance and aerobics group.
