
The coat of arms of Ādaži area has the form of an English shield with a spike at the bottom. The background of the shield is in grey colour, it bears a stylish white and silver water-lily with 9 petals and a green leaf on it. The symbol of Ādaži area evidences about the River Gauja flowing through its territory and the flora characteristic to the territory. The white colour of water-lily symbolizes clarity, wisdom, courage and support. The water-lily being in the centre of the coat of arms is the sign of recognition for Ādaži since the year 1998 when the aforementioned symbol was registered in the Register of Coats of Arms.
